Letter – is a postal item, which consists of a written printed or registered communication, on all types of materials, which follows to be transported and distributed at the indicated address.
Ordinary letter – item which is not submitted to special formalities or which doesn’t demand a particular processing. It is delivered in an ordinary way through mail (without registration). At the presentation it is not issued any receipt.
Registered letter – received without contains evaluation. At its presentation the sender receives a receipt. Through registered letters we can dispatch written messages, business papers, bills, invoices, photos, illustrations.
Letter with insured value – received with contains evaluation. At the presentation the sender receives a receipt, and when the addressee receives the letter he put his signature. In this items category it is admitted to dispatch original documents, copies of documents and legalized certificates, value papers, photos, postage stamps.
In case of lost, insured value of this category of letters witch contain original documents, copies of documents and legalized certificates, value papers cannot surpass the necessary amount for the re-establishment of these documents.
The amount of the declared value of intern parcels is not limited, it is determined by the sender, in accordance with the real contains’ cost.

Dimensions:
Maximum – total area (length, breadth and thickness) – 900 mm, the maximum dimension can not get over 600 mm
- in reel: length plus twice the diameter – 1040 mm, the maximum dimension can not get over 900 mm
Minimum - total area (length, breadth and thickness) 90x140 mm
- in reel : the length plus twice the diameter – 170 mm, the minimum dimension can not be lesser then 100 mm
Packing:
For the packing of the letters it use envelope or postage package. The letters must be lasting packed, the envelope must be adapted to the type and forms of contain, as well as to the conditions of transportation.
